Here we are!

I found a book in a charity shop today, again about mice, where a young mouse's parents went away and he spent the week eating at other people's houses. It gave examples of diets, like a family that just eat junk, a family that always finish their plates, a family that don't allow talking at the table, a family that eat very little (and smoke! ;o) and the poor mouse goes through all this up-down-up-down eating and then his parents come back and they eat a nicely balanced meal and can talk and don't have to finish their plates. :3

I thought it was a very good book. It seems like there aren't enough tools like that to educate kids (and their parents) about food.

I like that,I can relate b/c it is the same stuff I personally went through with disordered eating,BN and EDNOS.I applaud they did a good job on it thanks for posting *hug*

do you know the title?it sounds like a good tool to educate and hopefully prevents ED's.

I think this is really good; especially good seeing as somebody has taken the time to think about younger children rather than the usual "it's a teen problem".

This has given me an idea for another thread....
