Good Blog Post on Bonds formed around Body Image

I really appreciated this blog post. I thought it very nicely laid out some of the reasons why bonding around negative self talk and negative body image can be so disempowering in a larger social sense.

I also think it's important to realize that we don't need to see it as sympathizing with our friend's successes, so much in the sense that they have attained something we can't have. We should encourage each other to see that it's something we can have and all have the right to have.

I have a lot of haves in that statement. :ooook:
