This is the exact kind of thing I needed to see! Thank you! ^.^

I've become obsessed with getting a balance, that I've forgotten it's something that should be natural (on finding how much starch I should have today, I understand why I keep craving rice, pasta and potatoes xD)

Haha, reading the Guardian online and there's an article about food trends. At the bottom there's a list of the best and worst, and no. 1?:

WORST
1. "Healthy" promotions
As author Michael Pollan memorably pointed out: if something has to be sold as healthy, it probably isn't.

xD Take that, diet food.
